The apartment is located in the Tenuta Tredici Ulivi main building, renovated in 2006. It has its own entrance via an authentic footbridge. The high ceilings give a great feeling of space. The apartment was built completely new in 2007 and has been upgraded in 2020. All rooms have air conditioning and heating and can therefore be rented all year round. The inside is spacious and cozy and in the summer it is nice and cool inside due to the thick old walls. When entering, you first arrive in the living room with kitchen corner. Then you walk through the hallway to the spacious bathroom and the bedroom situated on the south with a view over the olive grove and the fields.

The living area has a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table with 4 chairs, a sofa bed and armchair, a TV and a cabinet. The bathroom has a spacious 2-person sink with a mirror, a toilet, bidet and spacious shower.

The bedroom has a double bed and a bunk bed, a wardrobe and an installed safe. There is free WIFI with coverage on most parts of our terrain.
