The year 2020 was, especially in the travel and holiday world, mainly dominated by COVID-19. We at Tredici Ulivi also had to improvise a lot in the past year to deal with the situation.
Fortunately, we managed to offer our guests a great holiday, even in the summer of 2020.
Our agricamping is located in the hinterland of Senigallia and is small-scale. The space for our guests on the campsite and around the accommodations has always been a conscious choice since our start in 2006. Now with COVID-19, the virus that concerns us all, it is even more evident how much it is appreciated that we offer our guests a lot of space and yet are able to guarantee the cosiness and freedom of a great holiday in a beautiful and relaxing environment.
We understand the questions and concerns of our guests and we will always try to find a solution in consultation. In 2020 we did this successfully and to everyone's satisfaction and we will continue to do so in 2021 in the event of unexpected new outbreaks of the virus!
If your holiday cannot continue due to government regulations, because borders are closed for holidays and travelling, we offer guests who have booked the opportunity to cancel for free with a refund of the already paid amount, or a voucher. for the full amount that has been (pre)paid at that time. This voucher is valid for 2 years. The voucher can be used personally but is also transferable to third parties and also valid for other dates or any other accommodation than the originally booked accommodation.
